Our beauty resolution? To get pretty from the inside out.
It's official, 2011 is here. ‘This the time to either embrace or forgo the New Year’s resolutions. This year, don’t be tough on yourself and make promises you have no intent to keep. Instead, pick something totally doable. You’ll feel better about yourself and your year.
This year, join in on our beauty resolution - we’d love the company! Here are some resolutions we’ve assembled to make our insides feel as good as our outsides look:
1. Drink more water. Water is the most important thing you can put into your body. The more you sip, the more toxins you flush out, leaving a more energetic and lively you. Our Goal: Gulp down at least 12oz per day.
2. Get more sleep. Believe us, we understand that busy lifestyles make it hard to get the proper amount of shut-eye. But, if you wanna be at your most productive the hours your eyes are open, you’ll make time to hit the hay. Plus, dark circles don’t look good on anyone! Our goal: Rely on sleep, not caffeine, to get us through our day. That means eight hours in the sack.
3. Eat better. And, by this, we don’t mean diet. Rather, we suggest you pay attention to where food comes from, what it’s treated with, how it’s packaged, and prepared. Our goal: Buy locally grown produce as much as possible, and stay away from food wrapped or cooked in harmful plastics.
Wishing you all the best !
